And in an industry like ours we're going from flying high after a call back one day to totally crushed by rejection the next.
It's VERY uncomfortable. To the point where you might be sabotaging yourself by not showing up enough.
When it comes to being seen, there’s a whole host of CONFIDENCE KILLERS
out there waiting in the subconscious bushes to sabotage you.
Some can be pretty brutal, but others are more subtle and conniving like a sniper you don’t see coming.
This workshop invites you to take a deeper look at your own relationship with confidence and fear and how it is affecting your ability to fully embrace and inhabit your artistry.
We will break down your understanding of confidence, cultural and personal beliefs you may have around fear and confidence, and create a practice of working WITH your fear.
